The Front of House Community Lead can work independently with little supervision but have a strong commitment to the team and our company vision: creating an incredible experience for our members.

Iconic Offices is looking for a talented and passionate Front of House Community Lead. The ideal candidate is a confident and outgoing customer service professional with front of house experience. The Front of House Community Lead can work independently with little supervision but have a strong commitment to the team and our company vision: creating an incredible experience for our members.

THE
RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary contact for the centre and the members.

Provide excellent front of house duties such as greeting members and their guests in a professional manner and by name when possible and scheduling member meeting room requests.

Answering telephone calls and dealing with them in an appropriate manner and according to guidelines.

Develop a good understanding of member’s business and keeping up to date with trends and news within that industry.

Seek member feedback and address member concerns and suggestions.

Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with members in person and via company online portal.

Liaising with contractors including cleaning and maintenance to project managing any works that need to be carried out within the centre Revenue and Sales orientated.

Facilitating with tours and Memberships.

Setting up show offices as soon as new space becomes available.

Dealing with Meeting Room Bookings and Set Up.

Assist as part of a team with on-site community events.

General day to day operations such as Inventory, Stock Control, Replenishments, Cleanliness, Facilities, Building Audits.

THE

The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast paced serviced office company with the following requirements:

Professional experience in Hospitality or Customer Service background preferred.

Extremely strong writing, communication and people skills
Passion for building a community and networking with members across the Iconic Portfolio

Well-rounded and able to talk about a wide range of topics with ease.

Highly organised and attentive to detail with the ability to multitask.

Fun personality, honest, creative, curious, intelligent, hardworking and drive for achievement.
