ABOUT THE SPEAKER

JULIE PONE HEADSHOT

Julie Pône

A french personal development and wellness coach based in Dublin. She moved to Ireland 14 years ago to follow her dream to work with horses. Unfortunately this career, even though it was her passion, exhausted her to the point of a chronic disease. Turns out it had been totally misaligned to her soul purpose but it took her years to understand it. Her journey to shift her life around led to breakthroughs in how to manage her mind, body and emotions and ultimately a new career.

Over the years she practiced hands on body work (massage and reflexology) and energy healing, before specialising in how to reprogram the subconscious mind (PSYCH-K) and manage stress and emotions (Heartmath® certified coach). She integrates her understanding of energy and the soul, and the connection between the subconscious mind, heart and emotions in coaching programs designed to help women and men who are stuck, stressed or unhappy to find passion again in professional lives in alignment with their true purpose.
