Tara brings you through a guided yoga class. Our ‘general yoga’ classes balance cultivation of strength and tone, with increased flexibility. Classes incorporate elements of strength-building, moving sequences to benefit the cardio-vascular system with longer holds to restore flexibility and calm the nervous system. There is an emphasis on correct, safe alignment, breath awareness and holistic attention to form.
Classes are totally rejuvenating for Body and Mind.

Tara’s introduction to Yoga was through Ashtanga over 10 years ago where she attended classes to balance her hectic corporate life days. Tara attended regular workshops and deeper immersions over the years, had a real interest in teaching and was encouraged to do the ‘Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Program’ at ‘The YogaRoom’ in 2015.
She went for it, loved every minute and graduated, now teaching classes in Howth, Fitzwilliam Square and The YogaRoom. Tara has a style of teaching what works with all levels; she teaches a guided practice while also allowing for free flow rhythmical asanas to go deeper into practice.
