Spirit seeker, transformation addict and lover of life, Aoife has been teaching yoga for ten years. Following a career in PR & Marketing she stepped away from her desk and now leads retreats, workshops and classes across Ireland and Europe. She is a certified life coach and works with corporate companies on a regular basis facilitating yoga, meditation and mindset workshops.
