Your instructor will bring you through a guided session of Pure Pilates, helping you in balancing mind and body through pure movement. Classes incorporate elements of strength-building, moving sequences to benefit the cardio-vascular system with longer holds to restore flexibility and calm the nervous system. There is an emphasis on correct, safe alignment, breath awareness and holistic attention to form.
