Thursday, 28th January | 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Sick of new year’s resolutions that never work out? Discover how to manifest your goals this year in this creative, fun and informative workshop that introduces you to the benefits of vision boarding, before taking you through the process itself. So, join in and create your vision board live, or simply sit back and learn to do it in your own time, the choice is yours!
Humans are creative, intellectual, and sensory beings. Vision boarding taps into these tendencies by providing you with a stimulating mental, tactile and artistic experience, while also utilising popular psychology and techniques such as visualisation and mindfulness as mental cues to help you stay committed to achieving your goals.
A coaching workshop with a difference, you’ll first learn what is vision boarding and why you should do it, before exploring creative methods for discovering, focusing and setting your intentions. Finally, you will get creative, and design your very own vision board to help you achieve your desires! Whether you’re a seasoned artist or completely new to crafting, there will be something for everyone in this workshop, no matter your experience.
