Everyone has experienced the stress that comes from having unresolved conflicts with colleagues. We have all also experienced a crises. If we ignore the crises or conflict it can have a long term impact on our personal mental and physical health. The effects on a company are a loss of productivity, absenteeism and turnover. In this talk by Under The Rainbow we will look at the overlap between crisis and conflict management.
Neither conflict nor crisis have to necessarily be negative. They can often lead to new opportunities, new ideas and ultimately a healthier work environment. We will discuss how to create a psychologically safe work environment that encourages open communication and trust. This talk will look at the steps to conflict and crises management and will teach you the skills to resolve the issues that can arise from what we perceive as a negative situation.
