A healthy gut contributes to a strong immune system, heart health, brain health, improved mood, healthy sleep, and effective digestion.

With gut health being a current trending topic, find out more about the gut, where is it, what is it and how can we keep it healthy? We know we should be listening to it, but are we in the know on how best to keep it functioning well. Discover why it’s so important to feed your gut well and how to do that with healthy whole foods and lifestyle management.

ABOUT THE HOST

Rachel Young is the founder of Eat Food Right. She has had a lifelong love of food and always recognised its importance in creating, sustaining and maintaining healthy happy individuals. Prior to completing her Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Health Coaching with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health she had careers in education and technology. She is passionate about helping people to help themselves eat food right for them.
