Many studies agree that a vegetarian diet can offer a range of health benefits. This talk will provide awareness and education on healthy vegetarian and vegan foods. Enabling you to incorporate more plants based nutritious foods into your current daily life. Even if you are not vegetarian or vegan adding plant-based foods to your meals can be hugely beneficial.

ABOUT THE HOST

Rachel Young is the founder of Eat Food Right. She has had a lifelong love of food and always recognised its importance in creating, sustaining and maintaining healthy happy individuals. Prior to completing her Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Health Coaching with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health she had careers in education and technology. She is passionate about helping people to help themselves eat food right for them.
