THE EVENT

In a world where information overload is felt by most of us each day and where the number of unread emails in our inboxes burden us hours after we’ve shut our laptops, it becomes increasingly vital that we carve out time for what’s important to us as individuals and that we notice what steals our attention.

Netflix’s “The Social Dilemma” has finally woken many of us up to the unpleasant realities of our love affairs with our phones and screens and to the fact that we might be missing out on a chunk of life by our attachments to these devices. We suspect life would be happier and lighter without our addictions to them but breaking those addictions feels overwhelming and, at times, impossible.

If you’ve been uncertain where and how to start, this session is for you. You’ll learn strategies you can begin to implement straight away and you won’t need to go cold turkey (unless you want to of course).
