Friday, 30th October | 11:00 – 11:40am
Meetings are a fascinating psychological study. As with any group in the animal kingdom, there are leaders, there is opposition, and there are winners and losers. In this complex ecosystem, how can you navigate the hierarchy to make sure your voice is heard and your proposals are taken on board?
Moving from a real-life meeting room, to online meetings has thrown another curveball at us; just when we thought we had it figured it, suddenly many of the cues we subconsciously read have been taken away from us in the online world.
In this powerful workshop we’ll uncover the group dynamics at play in meetings and the strategies you can use to boost your agenda, as well as how to operate as effectively in the digital meeting room as the real world board room.
