Wednesday, 20th January | 11:00 – 11:40am
A brand with a strong voice has a superpower that spreads their message further, connects them more closely to their customers, and makes and saves them money in a thousand little ways. And that’s only become more true as the world has gone more virtual.
Nick Parker specialises in helping brands find and use their tone of voice. He’s worked with well-known brands including Tesco and Spotify. He also developed Voicebox – a method that brands all over the world have used to shape their tone of voice themselves.
In this session, he’ll show us examples of brands doing it well (and some who really suck at it!), and get us thinking about how we can find, sharpen and use tone of voice brilliantly.
