How would it feel to take 1 hour out of your day to slow it right down, relaxing in a comfortable, quiet space? Our Meditation classes at Iconic Offices offer the opportunity to recharge using simple techniques. Quiet space and stillness is available to all of us, we just need to initiate this relaxation response in order to rest. Our classes start with simple stretches, followed by guided seated or lying down breathing techniques to slow the mind and a lying down guided visualisation to remove the ‘chatter’ from the mind.
These classes are for those who are new to meditation and those who already have a practice. Please come with no expectation to feel a certain way as it is like anything new, it takes practice. Be assured you will feel some benefit from even a first session. Live at a ‘Human Pace’ in your day and still get as much done from a more grounded centred place.
Meditation and Yoga Expert, Saol Beo
Tara O’Rourke is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She has completed advanced 500HR Yoga Alliance Teacher Training at The YogaRoom Dublin where she now teaches classes.
Tara has a passion for supporting people in life’s challenges with wellness therapies, Yoga and Meditation. She also works with corporate clients and colleges teaching meditation and Yoga weekly. Her style of Yoga is anything from vinyasa flow derived from Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. Classes are themed with elements of Yoga philosophy, pranayama and asana practice and always concluding with a grounding restorative sequence.
Tara set up her own wellness business Saol Beo where she offers holistic therapies, including Dr.Hauschka Treatments, Restorative treatments as well as nutrition advice and natural medicine including homeopathy.
She ensures that all who attend her classes feel welcome and in good hands. She respects space and privacy and creates a space for attendees for exploration and restoration. Classes are suitable for those who have a yoga practice and also for those who are new to yoga.
