There are many ways to maintain a healthy & happy heart, one of which is your diet and healthy eating. With World Heart Day coming up we wanted to highlight one of the ways you can benefit your heart and live a healthy life .A healthy diet can stop you gaining weight, reduce high blood pressure and help lower your cholesterol levels. Eat Food Right provides awareness, education and inspiration on practical and sustainable lifestyle habits that you can incorporate into your daily life to benefit and support your heart and overall health. We take you through the journey of eating food, from thinking about it to it send destination and all the bits in between! Could the ‘how, where, why and when’ and you’re eating be impacting what you’re eating?

ABOUT THE HOST

Rachel Young is the founder of Eat Food Right. She has had a lifelong love of food and always recognised its importance in creating, sustaining and maintaining healthy happy individuals. Prior to completing her Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Health Coaching with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health she had careers in education and technology. She is passionate about helping people to help themselves eat food right for them.
