As the sun rises on January the 1st, we are full of so many good intentions. After a few weeks of detoxes and starting new fitness kicks, it is easy to fall off the wagon and return to old habits.
This year, why not ease yourself into the month of January, and reset with an evening workshop of Pilates, movement, mediation and set realistic intentions for the year ahead.
The focus of the LIVE workshop will be to move, deepen our pilates practice and boost energy levels after the winter months. On a deeper level throughout the workshop, we will visualise and set a realistic and positive path for 2020.
We will finish and seal this workshop with the manifestation technique of visualisation to set our intentions for the year ahead. Then we will ease ourselves into a relaxing yoga Nidra , so you will leave rejuvenated and ready to embrace what 2020 has in store.

Audrey O’Connor’s background is in Sports therapy, Rehabilitation and Personal training but Pilates became her passion. After working with an array of clients over the years ranging from strength and conditioning Ireland’s top-class athletes, Audrey furthered her studies with Polestar Pilates UK and qualified as a Polestar Pilates Practitioner, one of the world’s top Pilates qualifications.
