As 2020 comes to a close, this workshop could not come at a better time. After a turbulent year of unexpected ups and downs, it is time to find stability in our practice and in our presence. Let go of the year, wring out the body, and look forward to the holidays ahead with a clear body and mind focusing on the present.
We will encourage the body to release, be grounded, and reset with an evening workshop of Pilates, movement, visualization, and meditation.
The focus of the LIVE workshop will be to move, deepen our pilates practice, learn how to stay present by delving deeper into our body awareness throughout our movements. On a deeper level throughout the workshop, Audrey wants to release anything in the body that is making you feel stuck, and as a result, renew your energy levels.
We will finish and seal this LIVE workshop with the manifestation technique of visualization to clear the mind to help us stay grounded and connected. Then we will ease ourselves into a relaxing yoga Nidra, so you will leave rejuvenated and ready to float off the mat.

Audrey O’Connor’s background is in Sports therapy, Rehabilitation and Personal training but Pilates became her passion. After working with an array of clients over the years ranging from strength and conditioning Ireland’s top-class athletes, Audrey furthered her studies with Polestar Pilates UK and qualified as a Polestar Pilates Practitioner, one of the world’s top Pilates qualifications.
