Managing stress and getting good quality sleep are integral to maintaining a balanced lifestyle. This talk will explore and give you top tips on how you can improve your quality of sleep, lessen your stress levels through lifestyle management and the impact that food can have on these.

Learn how simple small changes will allow you to sleep better, stress less and make better food choices, breaking old habits and building new sustainable and healthy habits. Particularly given the current climate and as we learn to adapt and begin to incorporate new routines in our lives.

ABOUT THE HOST

Rachel Young is the founder of Eat Food Right. She has had a lifelong love of food and always recognised its importance in creating, sustaining and maintaining healthy happy individuals. Prior to completing her Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Health Coaching with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health she had careers in education and technology. She is passionate about helping people to help themselves eat food right for them.
