With a sleek monochromatic exterior, The Lennox Building occupies a prominent corner at the heart of Dublin 2, in an area rich in urban character. Full height curved glazing to the corner provides a window to the city, boasting uninterrupted views, capturing key landmarks and features.

THE DESIGN APPROACH

Our design approach for The Lennox Building was to maximise the great location views with natural light and create an interior that is eclectic, striking, glamourous and a one-of-a-kind experience. Interiors akin to a lux boutique hotel.

On arrival an open lobby, finished with a playful mix of marble and polished concrete, is furnished in luxurious leathers, velvets and brass highlights. Local urban art intertwines creating a bespoke gallery feel and an enviable working environment. The lobby is defined by our own Iconic statement lighting feature, a bespoke hand-made ornate brass and crystal chandelier. From the street the space appears welcoming and intriguing.

Placing the full height glazing as a focal point to the space, a five-metre feature Cherry Blossom tree sits front and centre to street views from below, while acting as the key feature to the reception lounge. Below the outstretched branches and pink blossom, a combination of natural timbers, marbles, leathers and suedes create an interior that draws on quality and rich texture. Urban art sits alongside ornate brass detailing, while luxurious velvet drapes brush against raw concrete and reclaimed oak flooring supports bespoke furniture pieces. Contemporary urban design meets roaring 1920s glamour.

A rare and unique find for a Dublin City Centre location and workspace, The Lennox Building boasts a rooftop garden terrace with views across the city. This space supports our wellness and events programmes, providing facilities for enjoyable outdoor activities such as yoga and meditation. In addition, the space can also simply be enjoyed for causal meetings and wind down time with colleagues.

WELL Certification is the leading tool for advancing health and well-being in buildings globally, improving health and human experience through design. For this reason, The Lennox Building is registered to pursue WELL Certification under WELL v2, to become WELL Gold Certified.

The Lennox Building is targeted to offer a modern conference centre (spp) with large multifunction event space, a range of meeting rooms, break out spaces, onsite catering and a dedicated support team.

We have completed the initial planning permission stage, with the centre now into it’s design phase, proceeding for further processes of approval.
